The current assault on democratic principles and institutions threatens the successful advancement of every social issue, from health care and education to economic opportunity and environmental justice. No sector of society is safe from the coordinated authoritarian playbook, which uses upstream narratives to impact social norms, create fertile ground for mis/dis/malinformation, and legitimize autocratic action.
The Pro-Democracy Narrative Playbook is a collaborative initiative that helps a broad coalition of organizations, associations, leaders, and communities advance an effective narrative to increase support for democratic principles.
